Return and Refund Policy

Duraan – Returns & Refunds Policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or the date a third party you designated—other than the carrier—takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Returns

For goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
     
  • The goods are in their original packaging
     

The following items cannot be returned

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
     
  • Goods that, by their nature, cannot be returned (e.g., items that deteriorate quickly or have expired)
     
  • Goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery
     
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
     

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please send returns to:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. For this reason, we recommend using an insured and trackable mailing service. Refunds cannot be issued without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
